Returns, Refunds & Statutory Right of Withdrawal Policy
1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from an online purchase without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods. If goods from one order are delivered separately, the period begins when the last item, part or shipment is received.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us before the withdrawal period expires by a clear statement, for example by email:

You may use the model withdrawal form provided at the end of this policy, but this is not required.
A withdrawal does not require our approval. Simply returning an item without a clear statement of withdrawal may not be sufficient.
2. Returning the Goods
After informing us of your withdrawal, you must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the date on which you notified us.
The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day return period has expired.

Please include your name and order number inside the parcel so that we can identify your return.
3. Condition of Returned Items
You may inspect and try on an item in the same way that you would reasonably be permitted to do in a physical store.
Items should be returned clean, unwashed and unworn beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect or try them on. Please include all tags, accessories and original packaging where reasonably possible.
Missing or damaged packaging does not automatically exclude your right of withdrawal. However, you may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling the goods beyond what was necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
4. Return Shipping Costs
When returning an item because you have changed your mind or exercised your statutory right of withdrawal, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
We do not provide a prepaid return label unless this has been expressly confirmed by us in writing. Express shipping is not required. We recommend using an economical tracked shipping method and keeping the proof of postage.
Different rules apply if an item is defective, damaged upon arrival or incorrect. Please see Section 7 below.
5. Refunds Following Withdrawal
We will reimburse all payments due as a result of the withdrawal without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice.
If you withdraw from the entire order, the refund includes the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method are not refundable.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been dispatched, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method has been expressly agreed with you. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are offered voluntarily and are subject to product availability. There is no separate statutory right to exchange an item for another size, colour or product.
To request an exchange, contact support@nobilityboutique.com with your order number and the requested replacement. We may process an exchange as a return followed by a new order.
For exchanges requested because of size, colour or personal preference, you bear the direct return shipping costs. Any additional shipping charge will be communicated before the exchange is confirmed.
This section does not limit your rights if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.
7. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items
We are very sorry if you receive an item that is defective, damaged upon arrival or different from what you ordered.

Clear photos of the item and packaging, where reasonably possible
Providing photos helps us assess and resolve the issue more quickly.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be entitled to repair, replacement or another statutory remedy. Where the legal requirements are met, this may also include a price reduction or refund.
Please wait for our instructions before returning a defective, damaged or incorrect item, as a return label or another appropriate solution may be provided.
8. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to certain goods where an exception under applicable law applies, including:

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal was removed after delivery
These exceptions do not affect your rights concerning defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
